The imps didn't win as per the rules.
CCP knew it would be a FOTM fest (which it was), so they stated that a clone-count wouldn't count as a win.
Yet neither the imps nor SVER got their asses out of their godmode-dropships and super-HAVs. At least not without a broken laser rifle or modded tac AR.
In other words, nobody deserved to fight CCP because they were all cheap bitches.

I would like to see something like the old "quafe agent" event again.
If you don't know what it was, there was a group of devs going through pub matches wearing quafe scout GK.0 suits.
Can't remember too much of how exactly it worked, but there was usually 1 dev in a game (if any), and players would get something for either killing the dev, or protecting them. Everyone who participated got 25 quafe scout GK.0s

I guess it wouldn't be too intense.

but they already did this once and can do it again, plus turning salvage upto 100% on these special contracts would give you officer gear for salvage. Now if CCP could get there alliance members on Dust to sit round the office and play Dust with us for one weekend for a decent event with some advertisement on PSN store etc it could be a good enough spark to light the fire, If not then why should we bother if they don't?
It's quite simple really, Crows feed on corpses, and i make a lot of corpses.
