In light of the trend of core game play features being put behind a Loyalty Rank wall I will be grinding out and see how long it really takes.

The introduction of Aur daily log in rewards may speed things up slightly for you...just slightly.

We'll see. So far it seems one match equals 1 point. Hopefully winning gives a more substantial gain. |

From what I remember, winning battles and gaining wp only earns you like 5-10 points per battle depending on how good you do.
Yet $1 gives you 10k points (or was it 1k? I don't remember)

Consider the following: this character, which was created in August '12 and played almost daily save a couple breaks, nearing 40M SP and >2M WP, was ~1100 points short of LR4 when the trading details dropped, even with a little AUR spent in the past. Still a few hundred points away at the moment. My 20M SP alts with 200-500k WP are mostly LR1. I think the ones on this account *might* be LR2. I've heard new alts share LR, but not old ones, it would seem.
LR3 to LR4 alone requires a good 8-10k points. You get a few for logging in, something like 1 for completing a battle + 3 for a win and 1 per 500 WP, iIrc. Enjoy your grind.

5 for every daily login. I believe 2 per match, +2 per victory, and 1 XP for every 500 lifetime WPs.

Man I've been on level 4 like 3 or 4 times now. Hopefully I can get to 5 if the crap doesn't glitch again. This is interesting Spero. Curious to see how long it will take.

Update. Spent about 4 to 5 hours running pubs. Got around 20 points towards rank 1. At this rate it`s going to take me at least 500 battles just to get to rank 1. |

An update. APEX suits becoming modifiable resulted in a HUGE distraction from playing on this character.
With the update by CCP I only have to get to rank 2 now to be able to trade and send ISK.. I'm extremely tempted to get a small AUR pack and be done with it.
From logging in just about everyday though I'm currently 840 points away from rank 0. |
