Caldari scout is on par with gal. Cal turrets are still good. A/RR is on par with CR, that means it's 10 times better than AR. Cal Sentinel is debatable. Cuz Caldari would win 1v1 easily and would lose vs sent with rep logi.
So you can delete these 4 from your list.

Essentially- tank in low slots allow better use of high slots because high slots are where the versatility modules are.
Heavy- yes- no flux kills cal sents.
Turrets- A missile turret is only good for taking the shield off the Madrugar. The Blaster destroys missiles in pretty much any competition.
Rail- 3 shots- PoS outside redline
Armor modules for vehicles- much better than shield
CPU and PG on gallante vehicles is more balanced than on Cal versus modules.
A/RR is not better than AR. The burst AR is a monster and so is the breach. In a 1v1, a Gal Assault will terminate a Cal assault while each suit used their racial weapons. Maybe it's just me though. Also, Burst AR>CR IMO.
Small blaster is currently broken due to CCP breaking things. It is getting buff and back before Warlords 1.1 the blaster decimated enemies up close.

Depends how you looks at.
- The assaults have different play styles to use them effectively. Gallente are more aggressive, charging in and getting close. Caldari are more defensive, their play style is to keep long distance and use cover/gain highground, ducking behind the cover to use fast shield regen and suppressing enemies with RR's.
- As for scouts, I have the Kal scout BPO, and the Dragonfly Gal scout BPO, the basic scout of each race. My Kal scout runs dual proto scanners and is an excellent recon scout. My dragonfly scout is far more versatile I'll admit due to the high/low slot difference, but not as good in terms of how I use a scout.
- I disagree on the RR. It's all about what your play style is.
- AV. Strongly disagree. FG and Swarms all day over PLC as an AV weapon.
Much of this is debatable, but I think it comes down to how you play for a lot of it.
Who cares what some sniper has to say.

Isn't that pretty much everything? remove heavy, assault, scout, RR, you need to specify heavy turrets, caldari don't have racial modules, and swarms are the fastest vehicle killers in DUST.
The assault is a non-topic. The two bonuses could likely be swapped between gal and cal assaults because they seem to be on the wrong suit.
The heavy? Yeah there's a few very good reason why the caldari sentinel is my favorite.
Scouts are even.
RaIl rifle is beast mode if you play ut as intended (not in CQC). My RR fits only lose in CQC or getting ganged up on.
There's never enough sh**posting going on, so let's add a few more teaspoons of the guy posting after me to the recipie!

I love how you say swarms are the fastest killers in the game but I bet you my life that my standard madrugar fit can survive 40 secs from your maxed out swarm fits.
Also- the ScR much better at long range and beast mode at CQC than RR.

P.S. Scouts are not even. I am a Scout. The Gallante is much more versatile hence the reason there are way more gal scouts out there than cal. Shield tanking is much much much less versatile than Armor. Why? Because a lot, and I mean a lot of the versatile modules are on the highs. Also the Gal scout has that bonus to precision which actually give it a reason to use two precision enhancers. Gal scout also much easier to fit.

the rr is all over the kill feed due to the meta not because it's OP in fact due to its charge up and insane kick its debatably UP
the plasma cannon isnt just good for ***** around if you can actully use it, you can easily kill infantry as well as vehicles
I mostly agree with OP because the caldari have gotten a lot of hate from when they use to be popular thus bringing about the nerfs to just about everything caldari
and the current meta being armor means that no one wants their FOTM nerfed because they have already heavily invested into it |

Plasma cannon and AV nades is currently the best FOTM madrugar destroyer. The DPS you push out with the PLC and Nades in crazy and can often catch the tank by surprise.

I can't even come close to closing the gap when faced down by an RR with it's range...and then if it wants to come into my range, it still holds up very well unless we both land our shots perfectly and have equal ehp
I would say that thing is far superior , just because an AR has a possible dps threshold greater than it does not mean it's superior.
