New players would never need to buy BPOs or Boosters ever again. They can just use ISK to buy from the stockpiles of us vets :)
I have many multiple BPOs, so don't pay CCP, pay me :)
Isn't that why they eliminated BPOs from the game in the first place? Then had to bring them back?

I would imagine that newer players still would not be able to afford the 50-90 mil isk price tag on em

Not all Aur items fall under those categories.
Often, our EOM salvage, and Mission Rewards are Aur gear, and we should have the right to sell those.
As to selling BPOs and Boosters, if people spent real money on something, and want to trade it for fake money, that should be their choice.

You are assuming that said newbies have the ability to grind up the ISK to pay for said items.
As far as those items go CCP has to get paid for them by someone just like how a plex has to be paid for by someone in Eve. Being able to trade boosters and BPOs stands to make a great profit for CCP in my opinion. People that want to feed their proto stomping habits by purchasing boosters and selling them to vets and newbies alike.
Basically every booster that is running on any account is money made for CCP. By allowing them to be traded in this way the number of boosted accounts is likely to increase by a very large margin. CCP is going to essentially start making money indirectly off of the "free loading spectators".
