Yeah, that kind of response is clear enough reason why this game is destined for failure and probably deserves to be run into the ground.

If we're serious about Dust 514 being the primary focus

CCP has stated they, and I'm paraphrasing here, don't intend on abandoning the Dust 514 players. They said this around fanfest 2014. "Not abandoning" doesn't equal "primary focus".

General Discussions might as well be the only category available to post new threads in the forums being as everything else usually gets ignored with the exception of a handful of threads in Features/Ideas Discussion and The Barbershop in The Locker Room. Since everyone posts whatever they feel like in General Discussions anyway (even stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with Dust 514, Eve Online, CCP Games... or hell, gaming in general) we might as well just put everything in GD.

I mean, hell, look at me, I'm even guilty of it. I should be posting this in Features/Ideas Discussion but I'm posting it in General Discussions

In all seriousness, about every forum language besides English is just left in the dark. Russian, Japanese, etc forums haven't been touched by a GM/DEV since mid-2014 and the only forum I could find that has the Warlords 1.1 patch notes is the Italian forums - which was translated by a player.

We have -GOT- to do better than this, guys. Most of the other languages still have stickies for patch-notes from builds prior to Uprising 1.8. That's -insane-. If we're serious about Dust 514 being the primary focus our efforts then we have to make an effort to try and reach out to non-English speaking players to keep them up to date and make sure their voices are heard. We have to make an effort to get the forums as a whole under control.

If I think about Dust 514on the ps3like a business and know Dust 514 will be going out of business so to speak, it makes perfect sense that certain things will fall to the wayside. I mean c'mon guys Dust does'nt have a 7year plan or a 3 year plan, no longevity right now. It makes sense to me. People are hoping for more than what Dust has left to give.

So we're just gonna roll over and die? You don't just leave non-English speaking players to their own devices, their voice matters, yo. We need to -at least- work on getting some player volunteers to translate, I mean come on.

Aeon you need to take a deep breath lol. People who speak a diff language need a reliable translator/representative so they can bring their issues to CCP in a responsible manner. Breaking rules and spamming the forums breaks rules and comes accross as bullying.
