Signed , I get tired of having new items introduced as OP because not too much thought was put into it to balance it before and or a long time before the adjustments to help to balance it .
They need to have the greatest bio stacking penalty .

I'm wondering the same thing. I don't use them (only got one high on my GalSent (2 on proto)) but I find no problem in ripping jumpers apart.

most of you look dum jumping up every time your shot or to hit some one with flailocks or mass drivers .

Best I can tell the only real issue with them is the stacking penalty not applying anywhere near correctly. Basically my only issue is with the minmatar and caldari suits that are flying around like they have been chugging red bull. |
