You know how there is a wait time for having to get into a vehicle your team mate has just called in to prevent theft, it'd be a cool feature to have if you could hit a button walking up to the vehicle and buy the main gunner seat from them .I mean think about it, it cost some people a mil ISK a pop for a vehicle. You could set like a standard price outside of battle in like options or through a service feature. And when in game a team mate approaches your vehicle they press a button to pay the isk and the vehicle becomes theirs, transferring your set price into your account. Both sides win and one doesn't have to spec into vehicles or be a corp or squad mate. It would promote team play a little I think. I'm not saying they should be allowed to bring in more than one vehicle or nothing, that would be unfair |

You would be paying anywhere from 200-500% my cost if you even bat a eye at m vehicles. This is silly for that, and it still screws me out of play time. Either way, both parties get screwed.
Also, why should you get the opportunity to only have to pay ISK in something that it took me months if not years of SP to get? I still think there needs to be a SP lock on pilot seats.

I see we have a fanatic, not everyone thinks like you personally your quite selfish. Other people think about helping the team or at least squad. I don't know if you have a corp but I'm sure you'd do this if you wanted to help them. I personally think some people would get a thrill out of riding around in a vehicle that took someone else along time to skill up and into I've seen it done multiple times. If your honest you'll only charge someone an agree able amount. It is a trust based community after all. |

Actually, a lot of people, particularly pilots who thinks like I do on this topic. Why do you think people's asked for vehicle locks so many times?
And I do help my team. If I didn't feel like helping, I simply wouldn't play. You don't know me.
Lastly, I don't really care if someone gets a thrill from using the vehicle I skilled up for, yet they skilled up for not a single bit. They robbing me of my gameplay and they wasting the team's time by being a scrub in something they don't know how to even use (because most infantry are complete and utter nubs when it comes to vehicles), yes, even if I'm getting paid for it, it would **** me off. That's why if this is put in I'm going to charge the **** out of anyone who decides to take a joyride in my ****. I'd do the same in real life, it's only fair.
Oh, and of course you would do something silly like that. You seem to be new here. Welcome to New Eden Bluedot.

Sure. But trust is earned. And if a person is that trusted then they'd most likely be allowed to hop in for free. The only trust your general random blue in-game has earned is that he's 99.9% of the time going to be that du****ck blueberry blueberries are known to be.
Don't get me wrong, I think you have a neat idea (granted I really don't pilot) for a sort of combat "service" that you could provide. But it really seems to me like the sort of thing you'd probably have way more success doing on your own through chats/contacts than having be implemented as an auto-feature.
Yes, its an alt. Because Politics is a b!tch sometimes.
