One of my combat officers has left and as a leaving gesture he played with the new PC list and we are now attacking a district with 150 clones 
As we are not ready to do PC I was wondering if we do not fight do we keep the 150 clones?
Any advice and help greatly appreciated

I would but I heard they are called "ringers" and sometimes they want to be paid. And due to the x-combat officer doing it before we are ready to do PC our funds are short.
The battle is with New Eden's Army at Dust time 0:00.
Which for me (QLD Australia) is about 10:00am

Your honest best bet is to either go in cheap and kill as many as possible, so your payout will be higher, or find ringers (who will most likely expect pay). If you hire ringers, you may still lose, and will still have to pay. Or if you win, someone can easily just take your district from you asap. It may not be worth the resources to try and win the fight tbh.
