I went to specialist doctor a month? ago. He knew everything about me even though i barely spoke with him for five minutes! Its a mix of good and sad news, no im not dying or anything life threatening, well not directly. Heres my diagnosis? i guess.
Aspergers Syndrome, extremely aggravated by insidents listed below Self injurious behavior due to Aspergers and reason listed below Traumatic brain injury due to being playing football in gym, was freshman, got set up by the senior douchbags, knock unconscious no idea for how long Slept, literally slept, technically until few months ago, and the concussion was in Dec 2009, just waking up now, so i literally missed out on five years of my teenage life. 14 when it happened, be 20 in june Post concussion syndrome Highest possible level of fibromyalgia, basically nerves firing off causing extreme pain, brain fog, headaches Low blood sugar, rarely ate during that time, so everytime i get hungry, i get nausea, vertigo, headaches, cant walk without support Migraines, basically extreme headaches Post concussion syndrome, have vertigo, headache, cant walk without support, brain fog, crap memory,
I got off easy for what could have happened to me, so i learn to appreciate that. And not counting physical issues but still got off easy.
So the source of my rages & aggravation stem from so many things and i sorta take it out on myself and other people including you guys, and my mom, whicj i feel really guilty about. Yeah its just me and mom so, but were getting help now, and were moving in a few months! So exited. The neighbors here are douchbags to both of us so moving away from here is best news.
I kinda feel bad to, 19, cant work, can barley get outside at all, cant drive, cant go anywhere by myself, completely reliant on mom. Though im being taught social skills, and etiquette, and not to be so bashful and bluntm
I feel better now. So thats a summary of my life in a nutshell as they say. Trying to remain happy and laugh alot, i left a few things out cause tired and typing on this touchscreen sucks a significant amount.

Haha not very much. Same goes for most sports i like. Which makes me sad, but when i can its very little which is why as with my other sports im stuck at less then amateur.
But i do do resistance training and hoping to get into water therapy soon. So its basically on hold, and it could take years for me to start again. But finding things i can do makes me happy, like drawing, some chores, DUST, teaching myself sign language, help is the first one i learned as you can guess, writing with opposite hand, lots of small stuff i can do.
Still hard to accept what i cant do. But its easier.

That sucks bro. That really does. I hope things work out for you.
In saying that, I ain't going to go easy on you if I'm against you in battle.
I find your lack of heaviness... disturbing...

Juggling is also an excellent activity for brain development. It can even prevent oncoming seizures (as well as push ups).
There's a purported homeopathic nutmeg remedy for migraines, but it's probably superstition.
I'm glad you are a fighter, bro! Never give up . I know first hand that extended periods of pain and disappointment are ultimately discouraging and can take your mind to places where nobody wants to go, but with your attitude of overcoming adversity, I'm certain that you'll reflect proudly on your wherewithall one day and others will admire you for your tenacity and heart.
For vertigo, there's an exercise called Canalithic Realignment or the Epley Maneuver. It looks really simple, but I've heard from people who have suffered with vertigo that the exercise is a helpful preventative measure.

I practice juggling sometimes, practice, my motor skills are not the best, but its fun to try. I like walking, good for your core cause im extremely weak but getting better. Thanks for the help. Im always called a trooper, i always thought i was weak mentally but turns out im not so
Trying not to hurt myself when i get mad, cause prolonged pain as you said takew your mind into really dark places, though couple days ago had a meltdown cause of pain and i bit myself. Was able to calm down with help. Im getting my weighted blanket soon, weighted vest, and chew stick. The weighted stuff is exactly what it sounds like, the chew stick is for frustration and anxiety, and helps me focus. For my autism and anxiety.
I dont like going out cause of the stares, comments they dont think i heard, why is he so loud why does he move that way?
And, i just turn my music up louder.
