is feroscale plates not receiving the +10% efficiency it is suppose to from the skill armor plates? Is it suppose to be like that?

Complex is giving less then it did before update. Oh and Aur std ferro gives more then regular std ferro.

Confirmed this with a Min Assault with a Complex ferroplate, Armor plating 5 and max native dropsuit armor 5. With complex ferro should be exact 320pr armor, after update is 312pr.
Happens the same with reactive plate, for example two of them on an CalAssault should be 326pr, now is 314pr.

Seriously though, the same goes for small blaster turrets. The ISK ones can't hit **** but the Aurum ones behave like they ******* should.

I'm not going to lie I notice better hit detection with exile AR than with adv or even proto isk bought ARs. maybe is less dispersion. I not quite sure what is going on.
