They do not drop on salvage nor do they are obtainable via strongboxes or the laboratory. You die with it and its gone forever. Only former Imperfects/Seraphim Initative members have them. Im willing to trade 1 sniper rifle for 10 victors lasers or a higher bid. -Only 1 sniper per person. -weapons/ ISK are to be sended to me first -once i confirmed it that i received the goods i will hand out the sniper rifle. -You can find me in the chat called "spero escrow" I make the scrubs scream and the vets cry.

I dont think that the OP would be satisfied with scrambler pistols but i heard a rumour that hes charging 15mil for one by now. Bright is the opposite of dark! Who would have thought of that?!
