Give them pillows. They can throw them at each other if they feel frisky or just lay down and take a nap.
Give them 25K ISK for 20 minutes.
Maybe this would open up slots for people that wanted to play an FPS when they turn on their PS3.

Or my personal favourite.
PvEvP game modes where players have the ability to deploy together, meet up with other players and contribute with them to the completion of the mission....... but at the same time allow other more malicious entities to enter their session, kill them, and steal the rewards.

I think the fighting part is the problem. That's why I mentioned pillows.

Fix the game before trying to add anything else.
(Hint: hit detection, lags, glitches,.. you've got some work :) )
