lol i just get a gal. logi with active scans out. Lets see how long minscouts last if 16 people are aware of their exact location.

Which can be picked up with team shared active scans by wandering dampened scouts, and summarily assassinated. There are always counters, and if they are stacked with Codebreakers, you can scan them, and/or use other scouts with Kincats and chase them down.

Ambush scouts just run through the back and slaughter everyone unless its in a enclosed area then its all Sentinels, in Skirmish they are so fast they can just hack one objective and in the time it takes it to turn blue they are already on another one, and in Domination they make it to the objective first and by the time anything but a fotm gets there they've already got uplinks up, RE in the road and hacked the objective. Sentinels will still be running there by the time the match ends.
The State will always survive.
