i clench my jaw when I sleep or meditate. I personally think it has something to do with my spine/neck, as I tend to get awful migraines as well. My jaw joints and teeth are wearing down because of it

I opted to get all my wisdom teeth out in one go without going under anesthesia. I occasionally get this sense of having a lock jaw, but it sorts itself out in due time.
