As the title states, myofibrils and kincats kindof suck, and cardiac regs are decent but useless.
I've already made a thread to add more of them to the game, but this is about improving existing ones.
The current issue is that with said modules, you essentially need to stack complex biotics before you can see any difference in their bonuses.
Here's what I propose: first, to prevent abuse, make it so that only 1 of each type of biotic module can be in each fitting. Roids + Roids doesn't equal double roids, it just kills you. With that, buff them by a fair bit. I'm not good with numbers, but at least bump the basic biotics up to enhanced level, enhanced to complex, and complex into the Hyde Formula.
Perhaps this could also be done with shield regs

Sounds suspiciously like a plot to buff shield tanking... Do you know how many complex regs are on my proto minmatar assault to try to counteract the 3 extenders? 3. Do you know how many rechargers it took to deal with the extra eHP? 1.

Call me an unskilled barbarian, but I've never really found a use for any of them.
Currently, all of my highs are filled with blue gatorade.

For example, making sure I have good regen to play cover, rather than maxing out eHP and bum-rushing everything.
It's actually pretty effective once you get the hang of it.

Yeah, I tried to play like that once.

All my fits are generic minmatar fits.

How do you even enjoy dust?
Generic fits were too boring and limiting for me. I liked using weapons which would make people ragdoll crazily. (Mostly explosives)
I just play dust to have fun.

I just play dust to have fun. You see here's the thing: Generic minmatar fits HAVE the weapons that make people regdoll like crazy. Locus grenades, mass drivers, flaylocks, and REs.
I actually find it more enjoyable than my old system of having a fit for every situation possible.

I find cardio's be quite useful, particularly with my minmatar fits, a min assault with cardio feels and fights like the scouts of old to me. Now I wouldn't complain if they were buffed, just so long as the fitting requirements were still reasonable. I only have one fit with myos and that's my first spawn uplink dropping scout. As it stands they don't seem to use enough endurance when jumping, its one thing to use them to get on top of something but to jump 5 times in the midst of combat is a bit much.
Your matchmaking sucked the last time and it still sucks this time.

I've never really had any reason to run long enough distances that I would be willing to sacrifice a slot.
The only suits I have that run long distances are scouts, and they have enough stamina without mods.

I like the green bottles. My Gallente assault has the stamina of a 90 year old so they come in handy. IGÇÖm currently putting ridiculous amounts of points in SMG fitting optimization so I can have a complex kincat and a complex cardiac reg on my PLC fit.
I think regs are worth it even on lower levels but kincats are not. A lot of modules have that issue. I would never use a basic code breaker for example.

Biotics useless? you must be joking. Only thing I could argue about are the pg fittig reqs of kincats, I think they should be a tad lower.
As for seeing any difference... If you put one basic ferro, do you really feel that much of a difference?
I really feel it's like you'r saying " buff the biotics so I only need one slot for them, I need the rest for amor/shields"
and cardiac useless? try rushing points at the begining of the match w/o them.

They be good, much win.
One of these days IGÇÖll have a complex one on my PLC fit though. ItGÇÖll be a glorious day.

I know, myself use minmatar mainly. The problem is, it's hard to get a good angle of attack, unless I camp from above (boring + cheap) or use jump mods.

The only reasom I use advanced is because of the accelerated recharge vs less stamina. I love the complex for all out mayhem though!

With a kincat, you're sprinting about a quarter of a m/s faster. And nobody is going to fit a single ferro by itself- it's a good compliment to other plates.
The stats that biotics boost also aren't worth losing all my highs or lows to- being able to sprint faster or jump higher isn't going to make up for losing eWar capabilities, eHP, or reps.
Rushing points at the beginning of the match? You mean setting yourself up for fighting an entire squad by yourself, because you'll only get there slightly before they do.
