i have to go in in an hour, i'm expecting a sht storm.. there's a tourist event in town. i just applied at a new place opening up, with a second job my current co workers will no longer have any leverage on me.. these guys aren't even scary they just cry to the management the most .. the chef is an ex con who lifts/steroids so i dont fit the inner circle so well. if i get the second job i won't have to care anymore about that one, i guess i would juggle the 2 until i decide if the grass is really greener. |

i've learned to enjoy the work but other cooks get angry when we get orders and they cause drama when they fight with their wives on the phone.. i can almost set a watch by their changing moods, some smoke wax at work and use redubull to snap out of it and then smoke more wax to calm down, until they need another redbull.. this goes on all day and night until they're a total nervous wreck but i guess they lift or raise pitbulls with the chef or something so it's accepted. im going to miss free beer tho if i loose that job. we get up to a 24oz after a serious rush and we can drink it while we clean.
i've been too nervous lately to game, but i think that might also be the problem- i get nervous when i dont game lol. |

Yep I have the same problem man, the thing is I don't get the same satisfaction from any other shooter, no matter how hard I try to get into them. It really sucks actually, it really is like crack to the right people I guess, or the wrong people lol. I'm actually on a self imposed break do to wrist pain, I know right? lol.

i still miss dropships.. invested about 18 mil sp into. planetside 2's flight system is no where near as challenging as dust. before destiny i had a dropship team with defenders of helghast. we would terrorize tanks with gunner and RE hotdropper, PLC, and a silent HMG corpless heavy who would ride along until i dropped him on AV or i would drop him on a squad of reds, then pick him back up. it sux i forgot his name. he required no mic and it was beast. the guy had a lot of patience to ride along with me for a couple weeks like that. he was basically irreplaceable. i might check it out again if/when they do a hotfix pass on dropships.. the LAV nerf is a kick in the balls tho. i still need to log in to check out the super jumps.. i play a light assault with jetpack on PS2 so it sounds kinda fun. |

Ya needs to kill some Mercs. It can be a relaxing experience if you let it. Find a nice spot, whip out your TSR, crack open a Dos XX and watch heads explode.

I worked at this restaurant in my first year at college = It wasn't fun = They made me memorize everything on day one = What do you think I am, a robot who will know all this in one day = NO.
I only lasted 1 month and the pay = Unacceptable so I said "flux it I'm leaving."
It wasn't fast food = thank you no fast food.
I'm planning to work over the summer for only 10 to 15 hours a week. The majority of my hours will be taking 1 math class for 9 weeks so my studying will be 30 hours.

If you are choosing line cook as your profession you shouldn't settle for less than 13-14 an hour. Especially with experience. I worked at BJ's for years and they do start out at that much with experience
