Nice thought, Haerr, butGÇª. anything with "Black Eagle" attached to it is actually breaking the design rules CCP made for their own game. It's not quite the same as having, say, a "Hollista's Holy Amarr Scrambler", or similar Officer-style weapon.
"Black Eagle" actually stands for a technically illegal item in the gameplay. (That's one of the main reasons some players want as many Black-Eagle suits and stuff they can get---it is a useful game-exploit that none of the other players can have unless they get a Black Eagle suit too).

GÇªIf too many "break the design rules" items are opened up in the game, then the Devs will have created a brand new problem for themselves, like Mina is suggesting in her post.
They did the "Black Eagles" thing because it caught everyone's imagination so much in the EVE Lore.
But, there'll be enough access to Black-Eagle fits in Player-trading-----believe me, that will be more than enough mayhem.

I personally think the Black Eagle suits should be taken off the Daily-Missions access soon, so those who have can hoard them or collector-trade them at high novelty.

That would totally be fair and balanced. Maybe we should make Dragonaur / Provist rail rifles that go into the side arm slot, or Paladin assault scramblers for sidearm slot, or Valklear combat rifles for sidearm slot?
