1 buff all armor plate modules by about 200%
2 nerf all armor repair modules to about 25% of current
3 nerf armor hardener to 25%
4 cut acceleration to 25% of current armor HAV's
5 buff the turn speed on armor HAV's
With this kind of change, the vehicle can still tank damage, and be a viable stand and deliver platform, but it couldn't eat AV, then fly to the redline. Also, this change would allow two separate play styles instead of having 1 HAV being the king. |

Not sure if I like the idea of a tank getting up to 3770 armor from just one plate.
I haven't looked in a while but I'm pretty sure armor hardeners are 25% already, I personally don't think they should be nerfed further.
Going back to being active modules might be the only nerf reps need.
I definitely agree with a nerf to speed, with a fuel injector thrown on they go way too fast.
And I definitely agree to a turning speed buff, they just seem to turn way too slow. I mean, I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure they should turn faster than a snail can move.
It's hard to believe I was once one of the biggest fanboys Dust had.

This has so many far-reaching consequences I cannot even begin to predict what the end result would be. Never mind the interaction with shield tanks.

Ah okay, still I don't really feel they need a resistance nerf. Perhaps a cool down nerf so you couldn't run two or more back to back. Because personally I like the "waves of opportunity" idea and nerfing the resistance kind of turns that into ripples. I don't really mind a tank sitting there and taking it like a man; it's when they're near death, zoom off, and are back in a few seconds full health that bothers me.

Sounds pretty good- Dust won't be getting any bigger, so CCP needs to stop designing **** around the mindset that there isn't a redline.
Some details can be ignored
