Does it ever happen to you?
Sometime when hacking all the borders of the screen become dark, you see only the console and your arms particularly glowing.

Yes, more and more I have noticed this, and not just with hacking. Anytime a certain part of the screen gets really bright all else gets really dark..... sometimes this happens when getting shot, and for me ALWAYS when gunning for a tanker and they activate hardeners... so now everytime I'm a passenger in a tank I have to turn my backlight all the way up to be able to see anything.

Use a Caldari Sentinel(Heavy?idk) and hack the supply depot in the lag facility.Your eyes will bleed out.

I dont know about the screen darkening, but yes to the glowing arms.
