I swear, every time CCP tries to ACTUALLY improve anything, someone comes around and has something to say against it. I'm starting to suspect that the people who are complaining are closeted exploiters. I hope I'm wrong. I like to be wrong for once.

I'm excited for PC 3.0 but until then there is very little reason to do anything in PC now. you can't make ISK from even playing fair PC matches.
I've played 6-7 matches today and made about an average of 600k isk per match, that is without deducting proto loses.

Thats the problem right there.
There is no reason to being anything past APEX into PC anymore.
Proto might as well not even exist outside of mods for the tiny advantages it confers vs. the massive increase in price making it unprofitable to PC, and thus ultimately killing the game mode if there is no competition.
You remove the competition from the competitive part of the game, and you make it no fun for vets.
Believe it or not, it isn't fun to stomp pubs all day long and turn matches into instant redline sniper cowering in the first 2 minutes.
I can't even bring myself to play anymore, as no body wants to PC, and all of the people who I have played with from day 1 are leaving/ have left.
Its depressing, really.

And i really do have a hard time understanding why the pc crowd doesnt want a mechanic change that entices the scrubbiest corps to come and try to play pc, it allows yiu stomp the ever living **** outta them while recruiting good players cause your established and all that crap.
