          So I have an elaborate Planetary Conquest proposal but articulating all the detail would take a while, so I'm just posting the central point
  Districts produce implants both for EVE pilots (isk) and mercs (clone pack powerups I.e extra speed, health, hacking)
  Corps can set the production split Planets produce different varieties - corner the market or divisify
  Corps can raid each other's stash

          Like the idea; however, I'd like the Command Point system to implemented first before this feature.
  Reason why is because, look at how some corps are so big defending all their districts with only 16 people. This would created another farming circle with the current system.

          I wanted this game to have a legit booster system so +1 
  All the passive reward problems would be solved with an actual sandbox gamemode. Pve where you search your corp's planet for gas clouds which would be great for players that aren't top killers and want to contribute. It could be as simple as calling down a harvesting vehicle, installation, and maybe even an extractor socket.           This would be cool so long as the implants weren't the aurum boosters and didn't eliminate the need for them.

  Corps can raid each other's stash   I think this would be a VERY hard sell for EVE pilots. Those implants can be worth over 2 billion ISK a set in the case of the combat enhancement ones.

  It'd be more traditional EVE style augmentations that you could apply to clone packs, stackable so you could for example apply a +10 sprint speed with a +10 reload bonus
  To start off with the system can sell to EVE npcs, with the shipping/agency fee cost used to effectively balance the FX rates
  In terms of rarity the plan is to have different size districts effecting quality.
  I wouldn't expect a 2 billion isk mod to be produced but it does throw up an interesting idea where EVE pilots could send a BPC To dust mercs and get it produced
