That's it? Dude actually sounds pretty well composed for the frustration he was obviously feeling. How much of that frustration is of his own making is debatable since the footage is obviously edited/incomplete.

+1 you call what your FC was saying abuse or raging you, have no idea what raging is. I think he was completely justified in what he was saying. Your video proves your incompetence your placement of links was horrible you should watch you're own video you will see it. Blitz would have kicked you out of the corp before the end of the battle.
