By bulk I mean purchasing these items in what you might call "sets" or "crates". Like, for example: "50x of this item will net you in about x amount of ISK".

Not for 150 LP each... For 100 it's 15K LP. It's a feat to get that much in Caldari LP. Plus, the State Wiyrkomi needle is less than a third of ISK cost of the Kaalakiota, when the ISK variant is roughly 7K. 30K each, or no deal.
Woops typo, I meant 30k. I'm not on PC.
