Good Day,
Shields seem to be a problem.
There have been numerous requests to have a shield repair tool. I was not the first, by a long shot, but I am in that boat now.
I also think that Commando Suits are under performing.
I think that Cladari suits, Minmatar suits and All Commando suits should have a second or two cut off of the current Shield Delays. Maybe 2.5 or 3 seconds for depleted shields and 1.5 or 2 seconds for damaged, but not depleted shields.
I mean Armor never stops getting fixed.
Several times I have killed people with 0 shields and 0 armor and have been killed by folks that have 0 shields and 0 armor. Now this is not "wrong," per se. The armor value is not 0, it's actually above 0, but the screen doesn't have any decimal places.
What's the point? Small numbers matter. Try cutting some seconds, or half seconds or quarter seconds, and lets see what happens.

Must be why they're harder to use in regular combat. They come pre nerfed for the crybabeez
