For me greatest profits were when the devs messed up ISK calculation for vehicle kills last fall (about 1.2m). Excluding that I believe about 700k. I only play pubs.
Worst loss was about 5 mins ago lol. Started calling in proto tanks before seeing how even the teams were. Then switched to Wiykomi swarms and got tanked to death even more. Lost 2.4m ISK with only a 190k return. Hopefully someone can beat this and make me feel better  |

Greatest profit: got like, a mil in the only PC match I was ever in, just for sitting on an objective and swatting would-be hackers. Didn't lose **** because I didn't do ****.
Having all assets liquidated in beta was always pretty sweet as well.
I don't really gamble the game enough for a significant loss, nor are any of my large losses memorable. Usually it's due to a session of trolling and throwing ISK out the window doing stupid but funny **** with vehicles.
Like ADS stunt shows.
Some details can be ignored

My greatest profit has been around 700k (I only play pubs and the one time I played in PC I didn't get anything)
My greatest loss, hell, I don't know. Back in early uprising when HAVs were easily 2.5 mil each... Losses never behaved like they did for infantry: you either lose nothing or you go completely broke, nothing in-between.

Outside of PC I think 880,000 was my best non-glitch payout. I don't know what my worst loss was but I'm sure it was worse than that, at least 1.5 million.

100 million lost during last weekend. 20 million burned in FW, 35 million lost because of a mistaken transfer, 50 mil lost due to a clone pack attack that did not go as planned.
Currently taking a break from the game to cope and because school is piling up lol... Best profit? 60 million during the 1.9 Isk Faucet Pubs, of which I ran all day :)
In a single PC battle, 20 million
In a single pub: 947k with 6000 wp, 58 kills, Top of the Team, with my 2nd teammate at 800 wp :)

I had the same issue yesterday evening. Called out a Proto tank, realised it was wrong fit, rolled into a fight I wasn't geared to win, etc.
I however don't mind losing big ISK investments if my ISK destroyed to ISK lost ratio remains good.

My worst losses in pubs have been upwards of 2 million. They always seem to be well worth it tho.
My greatest wins have been in the 3-10 mil range on the day CCP screwed up payouts. Any normal day I may make around 600-700k on a good match.

I would say buying 14 militia BPO AR's for 30 AUR each, or buying every other BPO available at the time at 30 AUR each. Third would be buying 700 Charged Sniper Rifles at 12-14K each (40k+ now). Forth would be 17m for a single PC during the EON war.
Biggest loss would be a couple million running tanks/ads.
Edit: LOL. My biggest loss would be running drunk in an officer scout with 2 officer weapons and full proto followed by Officer Ass. with officer weapons and full proto.
