We`ve all experienced this problem of AFK and players leaving battle. It`s ruining the matchmaking and the experiance for the newer players. Below are some possible solution to this problem.
I suggest we add a " Reward / Punishment ", addition into the matches. If a player earns over 350 WP and stays for a match the earn 15 % more ISK and SP. If not, well they don't earn any bonuses. ( 350 WP depending if you are new or not.) This solves AFK` ers and players from leaving battle, as a form of " punishment ".
Another alternative is to have behavior levels. The less you leave battles and show better K/D / WP per battle you get bonus 15% SP and ISK. If you are at a "bad" behavior level, you get less ISK and SP per match.
Let me know what you think below, CCP respond please.

I think that your payout should be deducted if no WP is made within a certain time frame. Or even damage to an enemy entity.
This would make people get out there and get in the game, even if they are not afk .

How bout they start the friggin match with 16 players on each side?
