1) remove ALL PROTO from public contracts
2) add a low ISK yield to Factionals (its war, PROTO arena)
3) remove m&kb (level playingfield like all platforms)
4) re-release to game on PSN (advertising & auto download for PLUS, like BETA was)
now... the trolling begins... lol
lets hear the feedback, pro's & cons

This game sucks, more than anything has sucked before.

While I think the spirit of what you are trying to do is good, I don't know that the means will be effective.
No. 1 will run off a lot of people, especially given we now have MM, and proto stomps are no longer as much a problem.
No. 2, that one is hard to say. I like the idea, but essentially they did that when they increased salvage, but that had a negligible affect on FW. I think FW is going to need something more to be possible. I mean, it doesn't matter if you spend ISK or not if it takes 10 min or longer to get in.
No. 3, mkb users are actually at a disadvantage in this game, because of how it works. It doesn't.
No. 4, I don't know if that will help, and advertising always uses lots of resources. Dust is getting unique new users, but they aren't staying for a number of reasons, including complexity and poor NPE (though MM helped a lot). If they are going to spend resources on the game, it had better be in a great place first. Its getting better, but its not great.

lel, the only one that would do anything is the FW ISK one, and that won't solve much of jack **** for FW, it'll still be bad and unrewarding.
