Can I use Oculus Rift with it? (Note:I will get Oculus Rift in the future not now.)
Can I play battlefield 4,eve valkyrie and mechwarrior online.

You will need a decent power supply as well.
Anyone getting annoyed by reading of the above post should consider the following.

This is an excellent website for designing your PC, the community there is friendly and helpful in giving advice on your build and it auto catches minor mistakes like not having enough power.
It also cross references with a load of part seller websites, I built a Gé¼1500 gaming computer by only spending Gé¼600 due to sales searching at the time.
Good luck.

1. Since you are not going to get a disk drive make sure you invest in a nice high speed usb drive. Something Usb 3.0 and less than 50 GB would be my suggestion. You will need this for installing your operating system and for possible emergency driver updates that you do not have access to the internet on that system.
2. Go with windows 8.1 you will find this much more compatible with main stream game releases. For example Battlefield Hardline which was just released is only available for windows. The plus side is it seems that a windows 8.1 purchase will include a free upgrade to windows 10 which is an amazing operating system. I have been using windows 10 tech preview for about 6 - 7 months now and absolutely love it.
3. Go with an Nvidia graphics card. Most games are optimized to Nvidia based graphics and will enjoy a more enjoyable experience. If you plan on running Oculus Rift without having to upgrade your GPU in the future you are going to need to go for a more high end card. I say this because games are still growing and by the time we see full releases for OR the requirements are probably going to be pretty high.
4. You need to pick out a nice gaming keyboard and mouse if you are going to be playing any type of shooters. Personally I recommend the MX-3200 . I have been using this exact model for quite some time now and it is absolutely the best value on the market in my opinion. For keyboards I really do not have a suggestion as I have not found one I love yet.
5. Yes, it can be run on your big screen but be sure to check around and see if anyone has complained about a high amount of screen tearing due to your model of television having more of a simulated 60 HZ than an actual 60 HZ.
6. Make the jump to a small to mid size SSD. 1 TB is a lot of information to dig through even at 7200 RPM. If you want a lot of memory for storing movies just go with a secondary low RPM hard disk drive for that type of storage.
7. AMD processors come with good CPU coolers that even have the thermal paste applied. There is no need for that cooler you listed.
Sorry for my points being kind of out of order I was skipping back up to your post to see which parts to comment on. |

Looks like a nice mini gaming PC and a good start in my opinion although people that have been PC gaming much longer than I have might say otherwise.
Should Legion be on the ps4?

Yes.

Yes. However, Steam OS is still in beta test. If you want to run Steam on Linux, you will be better off with Linux Mint or Ubuntu.

No. Tise PC will not be able to deliver minimum 90 framerate in 1080p resolution with any details maxed out. For VR you will need approximately an intel i5/i7 CPU and a GTX 970/980/Titan X or Radeon R9 280X/290X/295X2

Yes. No (read above). Yes.

Yes. Just connect the TV to the graphic card HDMI output.
