But now every time I turn around I'm seeing ScR. That thing melts everything, even my armor fits I was really liking the variety of fits and weapons we were seeing... When were they going to tweak it? I remember hearing about it but then nothing... Did they have a finial approach to address them without killing them? I love my Viziam Scrambler, and the fact that I can **** all over people who stack damage mods on it. It's been OP for the longest time (A scout standing still could almost kill an HMG Amarr Sentinel before the HMG killed him, though I suspect this was the result of a modded controller and/or lag compensation) but never all that popular. I don't understand the logic behind buffing shield based weapons when it's clear that armor is better than shields. I just dont like efficiency because its too generic a term. It describes that the gun is too powerful relative to the other equipment in the game if you understand that the use of the word here means "more kills per spawn" or whatever other metric is being used, but it doesnt tell you WHY its too good, which I addressed with my post. So yeah its "efficient" in that its better than everything else, for all the reasons I gave.

Ive been talking about how this weapon is OP as ****, especially against shield suits and low HP suits, compared to the other rifles for a long time. Its not ok just because nobody uses it. Pretty sure once everyone saw Rattati openly acknowledge they are OP but that he wasnt going to do anything about it they started using it for one reason or another. Personally I started using it just to pump up the usage stats to try and force action to balance the dumb thing.
