You can likely see the transactions but that doesn't mean it can be transferred. it's a separate wallet.

I know...
I can't see the transactions anymore.
None of my directors can, but we could very recently. We knew we couldn't actually use the finds, we were keeping it for a rainy day. |

The OP clearly stated what the issue was - not being able to SEE the EVE ISK DUST side, which he once COULD. All somebody had to was inform him that they updated it so you can no longer see it DUST side.

My corporation also had eve isk in it's coffers that I could look at, but it isn't there anymore either. Corp was made in dust and never had any eve members. Not exactly distraught, but interesting to note.

If you check your corporation wallet now you will surely see all of your stolen isk returned to you
