I have heard, however speculative, that calibrating your aim-sensitivity to the weapon you're using helps with overall accuracy in some fashion.

I start by filling a bowl with dry rice... Using good quality chopsticks, I peck into the bowl and move one grain at a time into an empty bowl in place for this purpose...
I find that this really does nothing to improve my DUST 514 weapon accuracy but does increase my level of frustration generally speaking...
Be just and if you can't be just be arbitrary.

Naw... that's more like... Expend 4-9x the funds required to go after an objective target. Whether it be combat, or building something. "Military Efficiency" is a myth.
Government spending often travels in loops, even moreso when it comes to the military. Lots of people "taking their share" from loops and toilet parties in the legal text...
