The past two nights, with a combined play time of 5 hours, I was able to play two or three matches total from the beginning of the maps spawn cycle. The rest of the games consisted of launching into a losing match with all the objectives owned by the opposing team and our teams shields gone and well into our MCCs armor. Eventually our squad just accepted the loss and tried playing an already FUBAR match. We turned around some but lost most. Matchmaking is broken.

Often you'd go the entire match without a single person joining after it started; it was almost like every server was the Oceanic server with a lot of the matches.
