Greetings all and thank you for attending.
For those of you that do not know me, I am Jonny D Buelle. I am the CEO in charge of Mors Effera and the Commander of the ground forces.
It has recently come to my attention that the Amarr are becoming a dominate force in New Eden to the point where districts and planets that rightfully belong to the Matari are being taken by force. I have personally witnessed this myself and I have just come from fighting on Arnstur IV.
Because of the recent fighting I am moving my Corporation into position to fight the Empire. I do not do this out of hate for the Empire or for its citizens, but I do this to liberate those Matari who wish to be free.
I understand not all Matari wish to be free and that those individuals may choose to fight for the Empire. I pray that I do not have to encounter these troops, but I will not regret killing them.
For those I consider friends who fight for the Empire, I wish we can remain so but I understand if you do not wish to remain friends. For those of you who wish to join the fight, I will be glad to call you brother (or sister if that may be the case).
That is all, if there are any questions, I will gladly answer them if I have time.
I find your lack of heaviness... disturbing...

I will still hold your friendship close Mr Buelle, but I will still fight. Make it somewhat enjoyable.

The real issue I have with your post is that since the Devoid and Bleaklands regions are so sparsely populated the current CEWMPA conflict is not a war of subjugation nor one in which slaves are appropriated for the purposes of re-education.
Your position as a liberator of the Tribal peoples of these regions is rendered moot primarily because we have already conquered your warzone in it's entirety, something your people have never achieved, and did not attempt to Reclaim the peoples living there.

The warzone can always be taken back, by force if necessary. We may not have achieved such a feat before but some day we will rise to the occasion. I believe if we throw more meat into the grinder it will eventually clog.
As for the liberation of the local Tribes, that will come as we fight. Some of the tribesmen might even raise arms. It comes down to a bunch of what its and mays.
As for you Thal, I always say that bloodshed is always made more enjoyable with friends and a healthy serving of alcohol
