Hello everyone. According to CCP, "To prevent alt-farming and other exploitative behavior, we will be limiting all trades to mercenaries with Loyalty Rank 4 or higher." This comes as an unpleasant shock to me. I have items strewn between my 3 characters, and neither of them are Loyalty Rank 4 or higher.
CCP says, "When we are satisfied that there are no bugs/exploits, we certainly plan on allowing trades of all items, such as boosters and BPOGÇÖs, allowing players to earn any aspect of DUST 514 offerings through gameplay, much like the PLEX system in EVE Online," so that means there is still hope left, but if anyone would like to withdraw their reservations, go ahead. I will be holding the items until I reach Loyalty Rank 4 on all my characters and uphold my part of the deal, but if anyone is impatient and wishes to back out feel free.
I am sorry to everyone for this bad news, but I hope that CCP finds the bugs and glitches fast and makes trading for everyone so I can get the items shipped to you all. Thanks for sticking with me so far, and again, I apologize for any inconvenience. |

I really don't care much. I'll keep reserving the items I've bought, but I need to be notified when you have made the items available before I can pay.

You might already know all of this but I would like to make sure.
Loyalty ranks are linked between characters on the same psn account.
Buying aurum is an extremely effective method to leveling your loyalty rank up if you have any extra money.

I believe I read that buying 38k aurum and using it all takes you from loyalty rank 0 to 4.

I tried hard to deny the facts about CCP and its 'pay to play better' methodology in Dust 514, but alas, the truth hits me in between the eyes, and catches me blindsided. How naive and idealistic of me to believe in a better reality.
My friend, I thank you for your help, and if anything in my market interests you, please let me know and I can try to meet your prices full on and throw in some extra gear at no cost. Again, thank you so much for reviving hope, even though I cannot fathom spending real money for fake money to spend wasting the life away, but still, I thank you nonetheless, and o7.

You are correct, of course. I am more referring to the people who are radical in that they work themselves hard and then squander it away. A little here and there I would like to be able to handle, but the fear of it becoming a habit is what keeps me. Else I would have done as you have suggest and spent more time having pure, unadulterated fun. That is the way to go about it all, but alas it is not to be. |

You gain the loyalty rank points after you spend the aurum.
I believe you gain 1/2 a point towards your loyalty rank per aurum spent.

That is very unfortunate, though I hear that in Warlords 1.1 we will gain Aurum every time we log in, much like the current Skill Points we get from logging in. |

I will move my marketplace to the Player Trading page once I hit Loyalty Rank 4. Until then, feel free to reserve items from me. I will honor our agreement and if you stay true to our contract, when the time comes and we have arranged a time and date for the trade, I be trusting and send the items first, and receive the ISK due next, so I can have you all test your goods and see if you are satisfied with them. I hope that my trust will not be taken advantage of, but that is something to keep in mind until I am able to trade. I guess Loyalty Rank restrictions have slacked to level 2, which I can handle. Unfortunately, I have been amassing my small fortune in an alternate account which is not Loyalty Rank 2, and therefore have no access to it, which is sad to say the least. However, I am now ready to commence the trades. Please let me know in game when you are ready for the transaction to take place, for I am eager to let the trades begin!
