Good Day,
I've seen a couple of Amarr Assault Fittings that have more EHP than the base LAV's. It was one thing for Sentinels to have this much EHP, but Assaults now.
And now that I look at Proto Gallente Logi suits have 5 Low Slots, so they could get to 967 Armor with 5's all around and not have much else, but still.
The joke request is,
Can I now use swarms against 1000+ EHP individuals?

As hilarious as it would be trying to see an assault trying to out run swarms, I'm going to have to say no.
Sentinels would suffer even more and I am against it.
I find your lack of heaviness... disturbing...

Well you see good sir, the car moves very fast. Those stacked assault however do not. I can shoot, zip away, and return with full heath at my leisure whilst they crawl trying to get to and fro.
Also I can jump and strafe, they basically get to stay in the same spot like a bullet sponge. They want to camp? Well I have grenades and they can't really make a speedy get away from them now can they? :3

No sir I am a fraid that the plan is to make the bolt pistol the counter to high HP individuals/vehicles.
For every 1000 Hp the bolt pistols will now do 100% compounding damage.
If you are facing a 1700 HP sentinel the Bolt Pistol will inflict 170% damage. It will no longer suffer -10 to shields as this is unfair.
Against HAVs with, for example 6800 raw HP the weapons will do 680% damage.
For every active enemy hardener the weapon will add +240% to the post-hardener damage.
UnFortunately for parity this means a 600 HP assault will only suffer 60% base ddamage, a 200 HP scout will only suffer 20% total.
This is all part of the official CCP "QQ MOAR NOOB" initiative of balance.
Confirming everything in this post is accurate and 100% serious.
