I know it stops the clone from being revived apart from that i'm unsure about how it effects spawning back in. |

Takes at least 10 seconds, can go up to 15, compared to 3 for unterminated.

The Clone count will drop immediately. The reason it drops when someone starts to spawn is because the Clone is terminated at the start of a respawn.

Yes it does. A clone that is revived is a clone count saved. The count goes down when the clone is permanently destroyed either by the enemy double tapping it or the user committing suicide or letting the timer run out.

What I see in Ambush are counts that rise from (X) to (X + 1), probably a revive. But when it goes from 0 to 1, the team still loses, unless the other team reached 0 first. Once it hits 0, the team is done for, I guess.

I know cause I've ended a round by suicide diving into a crowd to detonate an enemy clone when the counter read 0. As soon as the corpse was hit (and I was about 4 hp from dying myself) the game ended because the corpse went down.
