No Damage 
It Is Said Somewhere That This Specific Warbarge Strike Should Damage The MCC
There Are Some Old Topics Around Here...

But Just Saying Its Doing No Damage On Enemy MCC On Public Contract Matches...

Orbital strikes haven't done damage to MCC's for a very long time  Probably two years or so?
