Not been running Logistics long but noticed over the last few games that when I was reping a couple of heavy's I was not picking up any WP... I completely restored there armour and got nothing, is there some kind of way the points are given to you and not just through reping armour

WP cap on reptools. Pretty dumb if you ask me.
Or your heavies did not do damage to enemies within a set period of time.

cheers... don't really know the rep tool side of it only been using one the last 12 days or so.... have not noticed it recently though

There are several reasons for not receiving WP whilst using your rep tool..
1. There is a cap on the number of repair tool related WP (triage and guardian) that you can receive within a period of time.
2. The person you are repairing has not sustained armor damage
3. The person you are repairing sustained the damage to their armor some time before (you only get WP for repairing 'recent damage').

Repair tool related WP aren't associated with damage to enemies. Triage WP = % armor healed. Guardian WP = person you are repairing gets a kill.

Thanks guys..... I did notice it only happened when I scored a high amount of SP in matches, also due to running with a good squad that did not die (very much) and plenty of blue berries to make use of my uplinks...

No, abdullah is right. Repair tools do not give you Triage points if the friendly you are repairing has not done any damage to an enemy within the last 30 or 60 seconds.
