If matchmaking works, why is it nearly impossible to win a match when deploying without a squad?
Literally match after match after match is a stomp. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone or any gear. It just does not make sense statistically speaking.
I'd rather search for a battle for 5 minutes and get a proper match than get thrown into lopsided matches every game. |

Changes to matchmaking are coming, right now all we have is teambuilding logic based on Mu.

I have not once ever run with a squad and I have an all-time W/L ratio of 1.16.
But yes....matchmaking is complete bullshit. |

Ur team might had a bad sqd compared to enemy team having good sqd
Yesterday in a match our team had 2 sqds having 1 blueberry each and they had 2 sqds having full members ...........dont ask what happend u can guess .cant U??

Matchmaker:
Selects a group of players from the available queueing pool.
Current version was introduced in 1.4 (to massive initial trouble).
Teambuilder:
Takes what the Matchmaker gives it, and tries its best to make the two sides as balanced as possible (by Mu).
This is the part CCP Rattati states "works as intended", not the Matchmaker.

(I am not 100% agreeing with this, but hey... I take CCP Rattati's word for it for the time being)
More importantly, there are improvements planned for the matchmaker itself, which was discussed during the Fanfest roundtable.. I just hope we avoid a 1.4 revisit 
Anyhow, personally I have played many winning games solo, but I have also had long streaks of stomps which is annoying.
It varies quite a bit. |
