it is sausage gravy on top of a biscuit. it is actually real good. very bad for you though. every place has something that folks that are not from there think is weird or just plain gross. the u.k, us, china, japan, the aussies, kiwis, etc, all eat crap that one another thinks is just plain weird.

Oh, and I'd like to say that I absolutely hate biscuits and gravy. And I'm not a picky person at all. I like most foods, but I just hate the gravy that is usually used for this ****... It takes the naturally delicious flavor of ground pork and hides it behind hasty garbage goop.
Whenever somebody makes them I always just substitute the gravy with butter and jam.

Alright it's not a competition...... despite my faux Redcoat turn of phrase..... Interestingly it's the opposite way round here in Blighty. No American biscuits until the bottom of the page. Indeed a pair of boobs seems to rank higher..... besides Digestives are for dunking in a luke warm mug of tea not cheese 
I have also just spent 20mins looking at pictures of Fry Bread........

It's based on location and your search habits
I moved from the UK to swizerland for work reasons and watching my Google search results freak was funny and then very anoyying as it never gave me what I wanted.

Oh, and you Brits don't get to experience the glory that is Native American Frybread. It is like the master race of bread. So ******* good you want to cry.
Can you tell me the recipe or do i have to google for an huor to find a proper traditional recipe.
I wonder what cooked human flesh is like. Might have to go all dances with wolves with some papua new ginuea tribe for legit human feasting

I know what chitlins are and no matter how filthy i think they are, i'll try most things once.
