These are the notes I have compiled on what I have discussed so far on the backstory of Eve Online and Dust 514. After the conclusion of the lecture, I realized that I have completely forgotten to bring up an important event in the lore that was more directly related to Dust. The Battle for Caldari Prime was an event held by CCP where Dust Mercenaries fought for both sides (The Federation and the State) to see who will win control of the planet. During this event, the Titan-class Leviathan known as the Shiigeru for the Caldari State was taken down by the opposing Federation fleet with the help of Capsuleers. The ship crashed onto the surface where its wreckage was so massive that it could be seen from dozens of miles away by Dust Mercenaries who are still fighting on the surface of the planet. Parts of the ship were still burning in the atmosphere while the fight was ongoing and many Dust Mercs reported seeing the debris streaking by like burning meteorites. The same mercs often found themselves fighting in the rubble left by the downed Leviathan.

We need more events liek the Caldari Prime battle. Watchign the Prophecy trailer last year too just showed how awesome the games could be al tied in together.
EVE ships flyign around fighting around a station with Valyrie pilots weaving in and around shooting frigates and crusiers whiel a small wing head towards the stations hangars to drop us mercs off who have to fight through the stations defenses hacking systems on our way to allow access to either the control room to 'Conquor' the station or the shield generator room to destroy the station
