The problem I have with you making this thread is that you sound a little bit too big for your britches. I've also killed many tanks, MANY tanks. I even thought about copying CODE from EVE and making tankers pay me a "tanking" permit so I wouldn't blow them up in their tanks due to all the hatemail (when I used to GET hatemail before that became a drought).
I ultimately decided against that because I need to do the Michael Epic thing and not the James 315 thing.
But see...I always blew up tanks on foot with RE's and Proximity mines and carefully constructed traps. I ultimately gave up doing this because it was boring and for awhile tanks didn't come out as often as they used too and then they sat in the redline or just outside the redline enough that when you hit them with anything, they'd back up into the redline and heal up.
But...since you're on the forums bragging about how fierce of a tanker you are...perhaps I'll drag out my old school tank hunter fit :D because trust me...I know how you tankers think. I know how you react and I know what you'll do when faced with certain tactics and that makes you terribly, terribly vulnerable.
I'll be busy with my fiance this weekend....but come this next week, I'll be looking for you Chances

Congratulations on knowing what we do when faced with certain tactics? Protip: when you place PEs I go in a different direction. Which direction? It doesn't matter, because you're not going to deal enough DPS with your swarm launcher to kill me, unless you have a friend. And if you have a friend (or two, more accurately, considering how durable a proto Madrugar is) then it isn't you who's killing me, so idc.

Chances is good and all, although I've never fought his tank (his MinAss is terrifying, even before they got buffed) but last couple of times I've seen him in matches he's been dealing with some pretty terrible tanks; with that in mind I'm taking his OP with a grain of salt. Not a large one, but still.
You, however? I get out the shaker and start pouring it in my mouth whenever I see you post.
Guys, we need to stop calling MU a 'matchmaker' when it's actually a 'teambuilder'.
And I want to play FE:A now. Damn.

I'm sorry but anyone that would make a thread seriously calling militia swarms OP after 1.7, when their damage got nerfed, they got nerfed to 2 volleys in a clip, damage mods got nerfed, and tanks were demi-god mode even against proto AV, is not a good tanker. Now Fenix Vael was a good tanker and would put 99.9% of the other tankers to shame if he were still playing, hell he still puts 99% of them to shame; that was a guy that could run a tank with two gunners in the thick of it for whole match without losing one when they were at their worst and he had half the enemy team running AV because of him.

I was talking about times when rendering distance was about 100-200m and you had to snipe people without seing them.
Ps. Particle Cannon + 3dmg mods needs 4 shots to destroy double hardened madrguar [after deducting hardeners % and reps]
That's quite a few seconds to hide somewhere.

DO NOT try to fight a Chrome tanker with Uprising tactics in the current meta, you WILL get 3 shot.
This is just another heads up that you really really really dont want to use a 1.2mil tank in a pub match against me, as im from chrome, where the tanks were invincable and i killed off sagaris' & suria's in a gunnlogi with an advanced compressed rail. (due to not having fully speced into tanks :P)

Proto tanks in pubs because they want good fits, good luck fitting an adv armor tank with decent ehp...
Oh and thier aren't much rails, so no need to play peek a boo in pubs.

Goden and his crew were the newest victims.
me and snuggy in a STD missle tank 3v1ed his squad that included 2 proto and 1 adv armor tank sacraficing the 250k isk tank to do so :P
then we proceeded to wreck 3 or 4 more tanks including 2 more proto that game from the same squad using wykomis and lai dai's.
stop bringing out proto tanks in pubs, we will wreck you for ***** and giggles.
