I have 40mil SP, is it safe to respec at 50 mil or 60 mil.

What don't you have? I have 43 mil and I have Maxed cores, maxed armor and shield mods, maxed passive scans and all gal suits and weapons proto, with min assault 4. Mark a$$ tricks, and bags of dicks....

Why would you even want to respec with so many SP? That's a waste of money. You can do anything you want anyways. Better invest that money into some boosters if there actually is something you need fast. My bet is that 80% of your SP would be spent on the same skills again anyways. And for trying stuff out you can use militia gear. Sign up for Caldari FW and defeat the evil Gallente Overlords!

I would like something like that , When you you say all weapons are proto do you just mean level 5 or do you mean level 5 , with prof 5, extra ammo 5 etc because that is where you can blow lots of SP if want that sort of thing I also want all equipment at level 5

You could comfortably have a heavy weapon, light weapon, sidearm and two dropsuits with prototype in every possibly relevant skill to them at 50m sp.

Only weapon I don't have maxed out yet is PLC, and some fitting op (Kinda useless on some weapons) Figure out what you like, find your own play style, and enjoy it. Everything else will come in time. This is an ever changing game. Nothing will be flavor forever. If you want to buy a respec and consolidate your points in to one faction or class, do it. After that, boosters are your friend, because there is no be all and end all "Great at everything" suit setup since the meta changes with every update. Save some SP for a rainy day. I respecced out of vehicles when I had them all maxed out and realized that I just don't have as much fun using them as I do destroying them, and running around like a chicken with its head cut off as infantry. I hope you have some ISK saved if you do. Once you get a bit beyond that, your need to respec goes down a lot because you probably have lots of things to choose from.

( it aint in the dust marketplace) gives you 40k aurum and 30 day booster and bpos. enough to buy respec and two more one day boosters I got that john elway arm to proficiency level 5.
