Any point to Proto Commando Suits?

With what I have accessible, I can equip: Commando m/1 Series Complex Damage Mods x2 Enhanced Armor Repairer Bk-42 ACR Wyrikomi Swarms K-2 Nanohive In terms of an AV fit built strictly for damage, this is as good as it's going to get. It's not too expensive and aside from lacking 1% damage bonus from not having maxed the warbarge, not many other AV fits can contend with it. With that said, I wanted to ask. Is using a Proto Commando suit even worth it? Yes, it gains more fitting space along with one extra low slot, but having these options available does nothing in terms of putting out more damage than my ADV fit.

But it's less of an improvement as a medium frame (from adv to pro). Since you only gain one slot, and fitting full proto is barely possible. So OK for a PC but not so mutch for a pub or if you're on a budget.

It harder to justify for the Gallente and really hard for the Amarr. The Amarr Assault and commando can out put the same damage and the the laser weapons already have the fastest reload speed of their classes.Not to mention the assault bonus really outweighs the bonus of two light weapons. I don't really have to think or place my shots well. All I need to do is spray a bit, run to cover, let the blueberries fight them, and continue on attacking vehicles. @Foehammer I do have MinMandos to 5, but I can't find a reason to use a Proto suit when my ADV suit is all I'll need for maximum damage output. @J0LLY This mlakes me sad... =\
