What is funny is that there's something called a signature that is meant for that purpose. He just has to shorten the message a bit ^^

Hilmar actually has a lot of support for DUST 514. Yeah, I got laughed at. I was laughing too. Because it was freaking hilarious. Nobody was expecting a huge DUST presence at Fanfest, and I was being stupid doing a big "Wooo" to begin with. It'll probably actually be one of my fondest memories of the trip, and it's permanently immortalized in the keynote video. :D

Yes, it is funny because of the over the top "woo!" when there was only one person. Would be like if you were at the cat convention and someone asked "is there anyone here that likes dogs more?" Over the top thing in such an alien environment. I laughed too!
But it is like laughing at the joke "what's white on top and black on the bottom / what's black on top and white on the bottom"; you eventually realize that it shouldn't be that way. Imagine if at Blizzcon there was just a complete lack of respect and appreciation for people who played Hearthstone. Everyone laughed there because you were the only one. CCP has kind of done it to us that you would be the only one. That is the part that isn't funny, that is has just become natural to say "yeah, who gives a damn about DUST?"
Imagine if there had been total silence or just the crowd starting laughing compulsively without you shouting that "woo"...

You can tell by the way he setup a DUST 514 station at Fanfest.. So EVE players there could jump in a game and try out the new changes to the game?
It's obvious that a few flatscreens and some ps3's with an intricate cardboard display would of been to much to support your own product at your own game convention.  |

If I wasn't almost literally on the other side of the world with a no re-entry visa I would have gone to fanfest. If nothing else Iceland is awesome and its a wonderful event to attend.

Support is not the problem, action is!
They obviously don't have a clue what they are doing. They have no vision and if EVE hadn't the player made content, it would be a rather dull game. For some it is anyway...
And please don't act as if this wasn't utterly disrespectful. But whatever, everything to make the capsuleers happy, even if our CPM gets humiliated. Not that I would care to much anyway.

I was expecting the round table to in some back room like a maintenance shack with wires all over the floor leading to a few CCP and CPM laptops with endless nonsense chatter.
