This weapon is so ... hum , good ! 
It sounds really nice , it has a very nice damage and a nice " AIM FOR THAT HEAD !!! " playstlye.
Nothing more fun than a Galmando with PLC and TAC AR , 1HKOing heavies with PLC and dueling assaults.
I even smack heavies in the back and I gotta say it is funner than smacking people with mybrofils on.
Un-modded melee kills , best melee kills.
Shame the TAC AR is so underused , and I like all underused weapons 
It is also extremely good against Caldari
Slap a K-2 and you got amo for days and slap a logi and you are even stronger !
Funny story , after killing a guy with a 120 meter PLC shot , he proposed me to trade me a 'Roden' Galmando
as I " deserve it " .

I use the fit you are talking about and it has its limited, such as its constantly scanned, terrible stamina and movement speed and also is almost always dead in a cqc.
And as for the pc kills it takes a lot of skill and luck to hit me people with it (manly scouts)

I totally agree that it can struggle at CQC.If you die every time with it , I don't think ti's the suit but you .
I only found it to really against Armor suits that had a good strafe . You'll see it in the soon to be coming vid.

Ok so does it take skill or is it only luck ? Make up your mind !
Also , people who know me or ACTUALLY practice with the PLC know that the 'luck' factor is rare. It's not like we close our eyes when we fire it
