They had them separate (limited time), now they are only available in packs. I donGÇÖt know if the Commandos and Logis are still available individually though.
Have they promised to bring them back to individual purchase? DonGÇÖt remember seeing that but then again, I donGÇÖt really follow these things.

Because it wasn't as such before? 
IF player trading ever comes out, the best way to go about getting just one of the suit is to buy it from someone. Something obviously against the EULA would work but better is to contact someone you can trust and ask them if they would be willing to trade for a number of boosters or Aurum items.
