Yes the breach flaylock is difficult to use. It takes skill and by the sounds of it you don't have it

I've fought Leadfoot a couple of times and he is indeed hard to kill. Weirdly enough, the only times I was able to put him down were when I shot him with IoPs and another time with ScPs. My knives and automatic light weapons did nothing to him. |
