 Yeah Im not really sure why they felt the need to bring it down to 3 shots before overheat. 4 before felt pretty good honestly.

 That is what I meant, sorry, long day.
 
 2 before overheat, 3rd is the overheat. Actually did quite a bit of testing today on cooldown rates....the large railgun really gets boned if you overheat that thing, the Blaster is much more forgiving.

Large railgun is also VERY glitched right now. Many, MANY times today my railgun just wouldn't fire no matter what I did, and it did the phantom shooting into overheat a couple of times as well. Glitches aside, Im starting to feel that the heat sink is way better than the damage mod for large rails.  
 Dude that **** has been glitched forever. I actually haven't had many issues with it since Echo dropped but it's most definitely still there. Have you gotten the fun one where it thinks it's reloading for about a minute?
