Why would they nerf it?

dropping total daily passive to 18k was definitely not mentioned anywhere i saw.

 This is how people in the theaters would get injured and trampled, and the act of mischievously yelling "FIRE" became forbidden by Law.
I'm not trying to slight one person's watch,GǪ but it is ONE person's watch so far. Why such immediate acceptance as engineered-certified fact, and immediate condemnation?
The pace was, as correctly posted, 1 passive SP increase every approx 3 seconds. (That could be 3 on the mark, or 3.5, or 3.25,etc. As some of us observed, "clocks" in our NeoCom don't always match true temporal life: "Subsystem Cooldown will complete in 445D 8H 40M"GǪ. sure.)
If the clock has truly changed, we need to get more persons to verify it. And we ought to try reporting it as an important glitch first, before we see it as a cheap attempt to fleece us.
Would someone volunteer to check on this for us?

Mine is still giving me 24K a day X 2.5 due to my stacked passives, + my 6K for logging in.
